Well, you mentioned that you're looking for a little bit of space to use. Even though I work at the shop, I don't know too much about growing flowers or anything like that ... so I was thinking why don't you just come over whenever you'd like? I've got a little backyard that's going to waste, you know!

Nope, he's going to make it weird, by which it's him perching on a branch outside of Aerith's window. Just to glance in and make sure she's not hurt.
